This is where you show a practical solution to the problem your potential client is having. Your client must feel that this solution is created especially for them.   • Qualifications

Your client doesn’t know anything about you. It will be very difficult for them to trust you and assume that you will provide the exact solution what you are pitching because the solution is just on the paper. Your convincing power can fix this problem of trust. But still you need to show your qualification and experience to the client so that they become very sure for your solution. You can also show that you have a very qualified and experienced team and also you can add your portfolio.

There may be some legal aspects, payment schedules, fees and terms related to the payments. In this section, you will outline all of them.   • Terms and conditions

This section of the business proposal needs to be very clear and direct. Summaries everything what you can give to your customer and what you are expecting in return.
